We’re excited to hit the road again and to invite you to the most exciting customer service event that’s happening this fall: Telia ACE Nordic Roadshow 2022. There will be an entertaining mix of customer cases, smart solutions, demos of new functionalities, and market trends.
Welcome to Oslo on October 20th.
You will get a chance to rub shoulders with the Telia ACE product management team and to learn how colleagues in the industry use our solution to optimize the customer experience, and to make the agent’s workday more productive and fun.
We promise you a great afternoon with plenty of insights that will benefit your organization, as well as inspiration for turning them into reality.
Sessions are primarily held in Scandinavian languages.
Registration from 10:30, lunch at 11:00 and the first session starts at 11:45. We wrap up at 15:30 pm.
